Common questions
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Torq → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple; we cannot issue them directly.
- I lost my Pro entitlement after reinstalling.
- Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. If it still doesn't work, email support@torqapp.co.
- Why does a spec show as Unverified?
- The value was submitted but has not been sourced or upvoted enough to graduate to Community, and we have not yet matched it to an OEM document. Treat unverified values as a starting point — never torque from them without checking the OEM manual.
- Is there an Android version?
- Not yet. Torq is built on Expo and the codebase supports Android, but we're focused on getting iOS right first.
- How do I delete my account?
- Email privacy@torqapp.co from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We confirm within 30 days and delete or anonymize associated personal information.
